Neighborcare Health is a non-profit, FQHC Community Health Clinic serving patients in the Greater Seattle Area.   We are currently looking for an RD, CDCES to fill a 0.75 FTE (30hrs per week) position at our West Seattle and Lake City clinics. 
This RD, CDCES position provides MNT and DSME within Scope of Practice and Standing Orders for our diverse patient population.  We are looking for an RD, CDCES with at least two years' experience providing MNT and DSME in an outpatient position.  This position is part of a medical team based - patient centered treatment model which includes our RN, MA, Behavioral Health, SW, Pharmacy, and Provider team members in providing Primary and Family Medical Care throughout the lifespan.  If you are looking for a career move that allows you to practice at the very top of your skill sets helping patients meet their health goals, then we are looking for you!

We have 3 new positions for CDCES open for an outstanding career opportunity at Novo Nordisk!  Responsible for working with health system accounts and networks to execute the Diabetes Education Program strategy. Interacting with health system key opinion leaders, providers, quality, care coordinators, advanced practice providers to identify their poorly controlled diabetes populations and support their efforts to deliver better care through diabetes education and training following ADA Standards of Care and relevant treatment guidelines. This team is focused on establishing Novo Nordisk as the leader in diabetes care and increasing the demand for the NNI diabetes portfolio of products.  The “Seattle North” position will be made up of a 3 Educator pod that covers the state of WA, travel will depend on residing location, which is ideally the greater Seattle/Tacoma metro area between Olympia and Everett or Spokane. travel will ideally will be 1-3 overnights per month  with periodic week long meetings post COVID..  Novo Nordisk offers industry leading compensation and benefits packages.  Must currently possess CDCES and corresponding 4 yr clinical degree, ie RN, RD, PharmD, NP etc.
