2015 Annual Conference Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

You must complete the Evaluation for each day you attend within 3 weeks of the conference.

A link to the Certificate is at the end of each Evaluation for saving or printing.  Please complete the appropriate evaluation from the links below. 

 

Pre-conference: Diabetes Workshop - Thursday, March 19th:  Pre-Conference Evaluations and link to continuing education, CE certificates

 

Pre-conference: Motivational Interviewing- Thursday, March 19th:  Pre-Conference Evaluations and link to continuing education, CE certificates

 

Friday, March 20th:    Evaluations and link to continuing education, CE certificates

 

Saturday, March 21st:  Evaluations and link to continuing education, CE  certificates

 

Please be sure to enter your name or initials with birth date as requested as verification that you completed the evaluations.

This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This program, 2015-011, is approved for 21.0 contact hours. .

 NOTE: The 21 hours is for all the sessions including some that  are concurrent, so it is not possible to get all 21.

CE certificates will be awarded for attending the following:
            Pre-Conference: Diabetes Workshop             6 hours
            Pre-Conference: MI- Facilitating Behavior Change             3.5 hours
            Friday conference             6.5 hours
            Saturday conference            5 hours

The American Association of Diabetes Educators, (AM001) is a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accredited Provider with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Registered dietitians (RDs) and dietetic technicians, registered (DTRs) will receive continuing professional education units (CPEUs) for completion of this program. Continuing Professional Education Provider Accreditation does not constitute endorsement by CDR of a provider, program, or materials.
