We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time/ Part time  Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator who would love to work at our Maternal Fetal Medicine Department at Evergreen Healthcare.
Job summary: Provides nutritional care services, education and instruction to patients with diabetes and other medical conditions associated with pregnancy. Through education and counseling, provides patients with the ability to self-manage their own nutritional and diabetes care and helps with medical management as needed.

REQUIRED for the position:
Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics
Registered Dietitian (RD)/ (RDN)  in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
1 year of experience in clinical dietetics
Current CPR Healthcare Provider within 7 months of hire
DESIRED for the position:
Master's degree
2 years of experience working as an outpatient diabetes educator
1 year of experience in pregnancy 
insulin pump and sensor/CGM experience

Full time or part time  (30-40 hours /week)

Bachelor’s in nutrition, dietetics, nursing, or related field. Min. of 3 years leadership experience OR min. of 5 years leadership exp. In discipline OR Master’s no experience. Work exp. in inpatient & outpatient, exp. in group instruction is required.

Either: 1) Certified by the state of WA as a Dietitian, & registered as a Dietician by CDR; OR 2) current licensure as a RN by WA State Board of Nursing and maintaining the applicable CEs in Diabetes.

Current certification in Diabetes Education (CDE) by NCBDE strongly preferred.
