To develop, implement and provide clinical nutritional assessment, monitoring, care planning, education and counseling services to patients in an ambulatory, office setting. Perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Requires a BA in food and nutrition, dietetics, nutritional sciences, human nutrition or comparable major and a minimum of three years of nutrition experience. Prefer a Master’s Degree in related field, and CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) and/or commitment to attain within 18 months of hire.
